“Training programs for human resource development include both short-term and long-term training courses. Currently, the institute is running two-year diploma programs recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), New Delhi, in the areas of Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, Multiple Disabilities, Intellectual Disabilities, and Indian Sign Language (Interpreter). Certificate courses of one-year duration in Early Childhood Special Education – Enabling Inclusion (for Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment, and Intellectual Disabilities) are also being conducted through distance mode, recognized by IGNOU, New Delhi, and the Rehabilitation Council of India, New Delhi.”
